Referring to CSCCE
The Center for Scientific Collaboration and Community Engagement is frequently abbreviated to CSCCE. We ask that if you mention CSCCE in written materials such as blog posts that you spell out the name once in full, then use the acronym.
While we often use “we” to be inclusive when talking about CSCCE’s activities and community programming, CSCCE as an organization should be referenced in the singular e.g. “CSCCE hosts workshops and trainings.”
Citing CSCCE
We appreciate being mentioned wherever it’s appropriate in your work. That might be in blog posts, acknowledgements sections of papers and presentations, and in grant proposals. These mentions help us to demonstrate the impact that we’re having to our funders as well as to plan future programming and other activities in a responsive and supportive manner.
In acknowledgement sections, you can cite us as follows (or similar):
We were aided in this work by the training, models or other support provided by the Center for Scientific Collaboration and Community Engagement (CSCCE). [1]
