Blog post

A digital format for posting content. The word “blog” is derived from “weblog,” and early blogs were often journal-like. Now, many organizations maintain a blog on their website where they can easily and quickly post updates to promote events and resources, share news, or host pieces authored by members of their community. By comparison to static web pages, blogs often have a “comment” section, where readers can add their thoughts about the post and/or discuss its content with other commenters.
