Evergreen content

This is content that is designed to be used continuously over time with little to no need for updating. For example, a how-to guide or welcome tip sheet to support members. Evergreen content should avoid using specifics such as dates and times or names, which may change frequently. You may still need to update your evergreen content occasionally as interfaces, processes, and norms shift – and you should carefully consider how you distribute your evergreen content so that it’s discoverable by everyone who might find it useful, including those who may wish to revisit it again later.
